Who We Are

Alex - Founder

Having worked in various roles in the property sector since leaving university in 2015, Alex founded Clear Cut with one aim: deliver the clearest reports in the industry, with the best possible customer service.

Alex lives in the New Forest with his wife Ashleigh, twin children and dog Angus.

Carmen - Senior Administrator

Carmen has spent the last four years as a Prime Property Manager in Winchester, following several years working in the student sector.

Her experience at both ends of the property industry gives her an excellent understanding of the challenges faced by both letting agents and landlords. Carmen now oversees our bookings process, helping to ensure instructions are handled efficiently and clients receive the high level of service Clear Cut is known for.

Emma H - Administrator

Emma has spent the last few years working in various property roles, including time spent at agencies like Savills and Leaders.

She joins Clear Cut with a particular understanding of how difficult our client's jobs can be and thus has a special commitment to making every part of the process easier for them.

Dan - Senior Inspector

Dan has been with the team since almost our very inception. That experience gives him an incredible understanding of our area and the clients we work with.

Having also spent time running his own business, he understands deeply the importance of getting the job done right.

Matt - Senior Inspector

Matt joined us a few years ago having done the job for many years previously. His experience as a property manager before that gives him a unique understanding of why we do what we do. Not to mention an intimate knowledge of the fallout when things go wrong.

Wiktoria - Inspector

Wiktoria joins us after spending the past four years in property management.

Having dealt with hundreds of deposit releases, she brings a razor-sharp understanding of things like cleaning standards, lifespans and fair wear and tear. Paired with her drive to deliver great customer service, she’s a brilliant addition to our Property Inspector team.

Tom - Inspector

Tom joins Clear Cut after five years working in the surveying industry, most recently as a qualified Building Surveyor.

His experience gives him a strong understanding of property materials and defects, alongside a meticulous eye for detail.

He's particularly excited to use this experience to contribute to delivering the best inventory reports in the South of England.

Louise - Associate Inspector

Louise is an Associate Property Inspector with Clear Cut and brings a whole load of experience to the team.

Having worked with a Hampshire-based inventory company, she set up on her own in 2023 and has been doing brilliantly ever since.

Emma M - Associate Inspector

Emma brings a wealth of customer service experience to her role as an Associate Property Inspector.

Alongside running her own successful marketing business, she has spent the past few years working with two different inventory companies.

Jasmine - Associate Inspector

Jasmine rejoins Clear Cut, having worked for us previously. Because of that, she really does understand how high our client's expectations are and what we need to do to meet them.

Running her own Dorset-based inventory company, she joins us as an Associate Property Inspector with a wealth of knowledge.
