Who We Are

Having worked in various roles in the property sector since leaving university in 2015, Alex founded Clear Cut with one aim: deliver the clearest reports in the industry, with the best possible customer service. 

Alex lives in Winchester with his wife Ashleigh, twin children and his dog Angus.

Working with the team for over five years, including a spell running his own company, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge. 

He welds that knowledge with a desire to deliver the best possible service, going out of his way to make clients' lives easier.

Dan has been with the team since almost our very inception. That experience gives him an incredible understanding of our area and the clients we work with. 

Having also spent time running his own business, he understands deeply the importance of getting the job done right.

Matt joined us a few years ago having done the job for many years previously. His experience as a property manager before that gives him a unique understanding of why we do what we do. Not to mention an intimate knowledge of the fallout when things go wrong. 

Emma has spent the last few years working in various property roles, including time spent at agencies like Savills and Leaders. 

She joins Clear Cut with a particular understanding of how difficult our client's jobs can be and thus has a special commitment to making every part of the process easier for them.

Fiona has spent the past thirty years in financial management, both in her native Zimbabwe and here in the UK. 

She has been with Clear Cut since our inception and knows all of our clients incredibly well.
